Biographie
Like any noisy musical project that doesn’t respect itself, the band emerges from a moldy basement. Galvanized by a solid friendship, the hyperkinetic duo is composed of Gregory Bourguinon on drums and John Nowé on guitar.
If the first tremors are felt during the summer of 2016, it is necessary to wait until September for the band to take its final form. Joined by bassist Thomas Maisin, the sound spectrum is drastically expanded. For the worse.
The sounds are shaped with fluidity during frenetic jams which finally lead to the development of a first EP, in June 2018. It’s a densified mix of the various influences animating the power trio, oscillating between blues, stoner, psyche and doom, through uncompromised compositions.
Full of dynamism and a radiant sonic energy, BATMG projects itself to the final of the Emergenza contest the same year and finish honorably with a distinction of the jury.
Since that date the band does what it does the bests : shaking the walls.
